The currency for the pre-paid SIM card inside the Tcop device can be recharged at all authorized Vodafone retail shops.(Note:Device that have been using prior april 2011)

Tcop can be serviced at same location where you purchased i.e. at all Hyundai and Maruti car dealer showrooms in Bangalore. iTrans also monitors all the Tcop devices (in the field) at regular intervals and proactively informs the device owner if the device is found to be malfunctioning.
